Lincolnshire
Our plan to head back to Derbyshire was diverted to Lincolnshire in the hope of finding better weather. We arranged to meet Dave and Dawn in Chapel St Leonard's. "Sounded quaint" said Dawn as the reality of the enormous caravan parks presented a town rather than a village feel. It was very windy as we set off for an evening walk along the coast. No al fresco dining tonight so we set to pre dinner drinks in one van and dining in the other. Very civilised and very sheltered from the buffeting wind and the marauding locals. It seems that our neighbouring holiday park has had the odd fight and stabbing of a weekend. Saturday we took on a bit more of the coastal path and through the local villages but had to curtail our walk because Mark got sand in his boot and worked himself up a nice little blister. We felt we had explored the coast and its holiday life enough so on Monday we headed off for the Lincolnshire Wolds. The P4Night was fantastic. Located at Red Hill Nature Rese
